OUR BEERS

Vinohradská 11 (alcohol content 4,5%) is an unpasteurized and unfiltered standard Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červěňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a full body and golden colour.. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malt house floors.

Vinohradská 12 (alcohol content 4,2%) is traditionally brewed premium lager. We used Žatecký poloraný červěňák (Saaz) and Sládek hops, which give the beer light aroma and balanced bitterness.

Jantarová 13 (alcohol content 4,9%) is a special copper-coloured, amber beer with a full body and a hint of caramel. The colour and caramel taste is gained by adding a bit of roasted malted barley. The combination of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant hops gives the Jantarová 13 a unique taste and have made it popular abroad, especially in Scandinavia.

Liberator APA (alcohol content 4,5%) is a light, top fermented beer. We got inspired by the US Consolidated B-24 Liberator bomber and created this beer with 24 IBU’s. This lower bitterness goes well with it's aroma of Centennial and Mosaic hops. We also used Pilsen, Munich and caramel malt. Liberator APA is a session ALE, has a taste and scent of pineapple, mango and tangerine.

Western Approaches IPL (alcohol content 5,1%) is a light bottom fermented strong beer - India Pale Lager 13, which has the character of a classic lager as well as of an IPA. We made it as a lager and added American hops (Cascade and Loral), which turned out as a session beer with higher bitterness and a floral - citrus aroma.

Less Sugars More Fun Brut IPA (alcohol content 5,2%). Minimum sugar content, smooth saturation, light in color, strong hoppy aroma and lower biterness. That is what makes Less Sugars More Fun the right Brut IPA. It is refreshing and very easy to drink. We brewed it with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops as well as Simcoe and Cascade. It has a significant fruit aroma and nice gooseberry scent. The low amount of sugar is achieved by adding a special enzyme that splits non-fermentable sugars into simple, easily fermentable sugars. The beer is thus deeply fermented and gained its characteristic juicy acidity and a more pronounced aftertaste.

Hazy Galaxy Session IPA (alcohol content 4,9%) is a light, top-fermented beer. It excels with its juiciness and it is very easy to drink. We used Galaxy hops, one of the most popular Australian variety. These hops give it a fresh taste of tangerines, maracujá, peaches and mangos. We also used American Sabro hops, which give it the coconut part. Coconut Galaxy Hazy Session IPA has fresh, fruity colour and milky consistency, because we also added oat flakes and barely flakes. It has medium bitterness, lower zest and lower body.

Seaman Gose (alcohol content 3,9%) is a light, top fermented beer brewed with primarily wheat malt. Our recipe was based on the old German "gose" beer style which is actually getting more popular nowadays for its freshness and drinkability. So we took wheat and pilsner malt and spiced it with some salt and coriander - very typical for gose style beer. We also added a little bit of Sladek hops and chose a special kind of yeast with low lactic acid production. All of that makes Seaman Gose a very refreshing, light beer with a unique salty and lightly sour taste with a hint of herbs. The bitterness of the hops is almost imperceptible with medium sharpness. Seaman Gose has a typical light straw colour.

Enigma Encrypted APA (alcohol content 4,9%) is our first beer made from Australian hops and our first single hop brewed with non-Czech hops only. This light, top fermented beer is a fresh, session APA with mild zest and medium body. The Enigma hops give it a strong aroma and a scent of raspberries, blackcurrant, grapes and tropical fruits. We used Pilsner and Pale Ale malt.
