Panda Harvest

Panda Harvest is based on the recipe of our favorite dark lager, Black Panda, but it is brewed with 100% fresh hops harvested on the same day. Our brewmaster chose a Czech variety, Rubín, which its pronounced bitterness beautifully complements the aroma of roasted malt and its notes of roasted coffee. Panda Harvest is not sweet; it has a fuller body and a higher, unobtrusive bitterness. The freshness of the fresh hops combined with spicy and herbal aromas, a pleasant crispness, and a drier finish make it a drinkable dark lager that is definitely worth trying.
