Chaubunagugamaug NEIPA follows the recipe of our very first and eponymous NEIPA, which we brewed exactly 5 years ago. Same hops, fine-tuned malt combination, richer experience. The result is a typically juicy, fresh and drinkable NEIPA. Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic hops add classic fruity character. You will definitely detect notes of apricots and peaches, but also citrus and tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. Selected malts and oat flakes have created a beautiful juicy colour, a hazy appearance and a creamy texture. Chaubunagungamaug has a pronounced hop aroma, minimal bitterness, lower carbonation and a longer aftertaste.
